FIT TO FIGHT

This is fitness training based on martial arts.  It uses techniques and concepts based on using your own body with minimal equipment to improve general and specific abject of your fitness and health. It can vary from light to very intense based on the needs of the individual. 

Training can include :

Flexibility work. Muscular endurance Speed development Technique development Power Training Cardiovascular endurance. 
Example of training:
Pad/bag work. Circuits.Cross training.Contact drills.Conditioning .Light sparring. Partner work.Passive,active and PNF stretching.Hiit training.Fartlek training. Hr zone work. 

It can be done privately or in small groups, either in our home gym,  your home or a public venue. Costs start at £25 per session for an individual. Discounts available for Block bookings and group bookings.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Not everyone is able to attend group classes for a number of reasons. Perhaps you do shift work. Perhaps you feel uncomfortable in group settingsPerhaps you want to gain some confidence before you join group classes. Perhaps you want to work on a specific aspect of your development, technical, tactical or physical. Perhaps you want to train in a small group or with a specific person. 
Whatever the reason we can offer you private or small group training either at our private home gym/dojang/dojo  at your home or in a public setting.  At a time and place that suits you. 
Progress, whether physical or technical can be rapid when training is tailored individually.
Prices start from £25 per person/session with discounts for block bookings or small groups. Additional costs may incure. Flow members can receive additional discounts.
