Thanks Stefan Sanson we really appreciate the amazing job that you do .We know how much planning and prep goes into each session and it shows . You always provide top quality martial arts . I know we are at the beginning of our journey but I / we look forward to many many years of training together and being good friends . Love every moment of training .

An excellent, friendly club which covers all aspects of close quarter/stand-up and ground fighting/defence.Wealth of expert knowledge (and possibly more importantly, experience) from the chief instructor Mr Sanson. No shouty, macho Rambo nonsense or techniques that just won’t work in real street scenarios. As it’s not a business, the pricing/costings are spot on, hence this club growing at a rapid rate. A great bunch of guys and gals attend.

Thanks for delivering such meaningful and fun sessions for the young people. We have had parents get in touch to say how much their young people enjoyed it, and one young person told me on Wednesday that they feel more confident now if they were in a dangerous situation.
